My customer is charging back under 'Unauthorized Purchase' after paying me with friends and family.

My customer and I were wagering for money in a video game for 200$. I won the money, and now they are attempting to chargeback by saying it was an "unauthorized action". How do I prevent this? Right now I have -200$ in my PayPal balance.
