I recently purchaed something online through PayPal but I never received it they shutdown the page after i purchased but there email is still here on PayPal
Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
Click "Report a problem”.
Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.
Unfortunately, there is no report option called "Scam" so you'll have to contend with Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described if applicable.
