I refuse to pay for things I did not get. And pay pal customer service is of no help. I want them to take me to court so I can prove my case there because they don't seem to care

I've had the same experience, where a worthless piece of junk was sent instead of what I ordered. PayPal are useless, insisting that I return the junk to China using a tracked delivery. This would cost more than the item, and is only a way of perpetuating scams such as this... PayPal refuse to read my messages, and replies are sent from an automated computer. USELESS!!!
