PayPal request . I replied but apparently the system didn't register my messages to the customer and awarded a refund on hear say (without proof) I have proof that the customer was meant to supply me with video evidence and photos .. the machine would have to be sent back to China but no agreement has been made besides PayPal likely causing us the go bankrupt thanks for that they never backed anything up of their claim saying that it wasn't as described!
