Is mallgaga.com legit? They are providing products that are needed but dont know if they are legit?

i'm not working for paypal but i'm a computer technician and just giving my opinion.

The web site was opened  not so far ago  ( last month to be exact) with a very easy website creator  tool 

the owner address is in a mall.

the prices are cheap compared to the world and have a lot of stock for stuff extremely hard to find at this time everywhere else. 

for all those reasons I will stay far from that site.
