First call agent was so rude to me. She kept interrupting and kept saying I was wrong. I asked to be transferred to another agent but she didn't transfer me and just escalated without me even offering guy a partial refund.
I called back and reached someone warm and understanding. He said he understands my concerns and will be talking with a supervisor to resolve my issue. I was placed on hold and another agent picks up and said he has no knowledge of me being on hold and asks me to start all over!
He says he will transfer me to the appropriate department. I wait on hold and get disconnected. I call back and get a message PayPal is closed for the evening.
First bad experience. Have to start all over tomorrow. #frustrated
