Losing Disputes Due To Inapplicable Requisites

Hey,

I've just lost two disputes, one raised by the buyer and another by me.

Both of them were relating to not receiving the digital items purchased. The reason of the failure to deliver the digital items was due to an incorrect email entered by the buyer during checkout.

I openly pointed this out, attached proof of the bounce emails received when sending the items, and even provided direct dropbox links to the purchased files so the buyer could download them.

But when reading the reason why I lost the claims, one states: "Invalid_delivery_proof" and the other says "invalid tracking information". Otherwise paypal claim I could qualify for Seller Protection.

The issue is that there's no way to provide tracking information for digital goods, they are sent via email not post. What is the correct way of dealing with a dispute when selling digital goods?
