a buyer purchased an item, not really high value, £25. I posted 1st class and have a certificate of posting with a tracking number. I did Track and Trace with Royal Mail which time shows date and time of delivery. Buyer is now requesting a refund for non receipt of item. Payment is on hold-what is likely to happen????

Hi @nickihallam,
I'm sorry to hear that the buyer opened a claim for non-receipt of an item. In a case of Non-receipt, the case will be reviewed and the tracking will be used to determine that your responsibility was fulfilled. A held payment can be inconvenient, but the funds would be released upon the conclusion of the case based on valid tracking.
I hope this helps!
