Hi there, I sent a parcel to a buyer in New York, from Portugal, via CTT and then the USPS. It was sent on the 27th November, and is now lost. I have the tracking number and correct address of the recipient - am I entitled to seller protection? It's a lot of money and I am a very small business. Thanks for your help

If the buyer files a dispute for non receipt of item and tracking does NOT show delivery of the item to the buyer then yes you would have to refund.
After all if you did not get an item you would want a refund woudn't you?
Then you can claim from any insurance / tracking you had when you sent the item?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
