I have a customer that bought a watch from me, the watch was sent next day, but for more than 30 days it is still in transit. Due to the covid crisis this things happen sometimes.
I talked to the customer a few times through ebay messages, telling him to be patient, but he file "item not received claim". The money was taken from my account ASAP.
My question is, what is the procedure if during or after the claim review the package arrives and it gets delivered? Who is going to pay for my item?
What are the best measures for me to take in order to be covered as possible.
I mention that the package was sent with tracking number and declared value.
