Item damaged under the shipping, my funds are on hold -what should I do?

Hello!

 

I sold some postcards through Grailed in perfect conditions - like they were barely even touched, and it got a little bit damaged under the shipping. There was some little bent edge on one side and a tiny bit wrinkle in the middle. I have of course no control over how the packages are handled during the transport.

 

Right now he filed a dispute with PayPal as "The buyer has indicated the merchandise is not as described" so my funds are set on hold.

 

What should I do with this situation?
