So a buyer requested a refund and I see that my paypal account went negative so I transferred the money from my bank to paypal so I wont be negative obviously... but does this mean I also have to send the buyer a refund on Ebay too?? it makes no sense- I’m soo confused pls help i tried contacting paypal & ebay, no luck.
