I sold a fishing reel that was New, I was contacted by the buyer stating that the settings are not loose enough like the other two reels he has been using for two years now.... I purchased this Item for myself and then decided I was not going to keep it at it was to Heavy for me... I sold it to this buyer for $185 and I paid the shipping to him... I received $179.33 after pay Pal fees, and then paid $12.12 to ship it to him...... He notified me and said the reel is too tight and wants a refund, I told him I would take the item back... I received it today Now he is asking me to pay for His fee for shipping it back to me. I did not charge him to ship it to him and I paid the $12.12 My question is should I have to pay as well for his returned item. And loose another shipping fee? Or is he responsible for return shipping back to me ? Thank You Michael
