Got a problem with one customer.
He bought used wheels and rims. after he received the goods he started claiming that they are not as described. the rims and tires are in perfect condition.
first he start claiming a refund. we agreed on 75 pounds which he received. now he is claiming another 205 pounds saying he did refurbishment or whatever he done there. he is not proving anything with any receipts.
I can see that he opened a case claiming 205 pounds to make it 280 in total.
it is completely unacceptable what he is doing, he is simply taking advantage. I can see on my balance -205 pounds.
what can I do in that case. because he acts as extortionist
