Hi,
so i sold a pair of shoes to a buyer and the asked me for a payment protection method. He sent first the total amount of the money to paypal and then paypal will hold it until the shipment is arrived. After that i received a confirmation email from paypal that my buyer has sent me the money. And then i replied the email with a tracking number. After that weeks later i checked the tracking and it says it arrieved since 26.12.18 but i haven‘t got the money from paypal. What should i do?
