Hey guys! My business has an independent refund policy from PayPal. Within the refund policy, there is a clause that informs the customer if they open a dispute or chargeback with their bank or one of our payment processors(PayPal would be considered one of our payment processors). Then they won't be able to receive a refund. I was wondering if this clause is against PayPal's TOS or User agreement? I tried looking for something from PayPal about this but failed to find anything.
