Incorrect claim for misselling

Hi, looking for some guidance please. A buyer has raised a claim with PayPal asking for a refund because she says she was missold. The goods were purchased in ebay with a clear listing, to show goods size and what they were made from. She asked for a refund on eBay because the shoes didn’t fit. I declined in line with eBay rules as the size was clear. She then said she was missold because the material was wrong. The listing was clear with a picture of the original label showing what the shoes were made of. The eBay claim was closed but I have now received a claim in PayPal saying she was missold. I have no idea why she thinks she was missold. What do I do? eBay and PayPal seem so weighted towards the buyer.
