Im confused why there is a negative balance in my PayPal account

Hello Olivia.. Im confused why there is a negative balance in my PayPal account.. Sold a car here and received payment transfered funds to my bank acct and after a day my PayPal was negative.

Welcome to our Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you currently have a negative balance. It sounds like there may have been some kind of dispute or chargeback filed on the transaction you received. Do you remember getting any kind of notification via email explaining why your balance went negative? If not, I recommend checking your Resolution Center for any open cases. If you don't see any there, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support for further assistance. 

 

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
