I was charged-back over 200 dollars:

I sent this person an item for a video game for $170, which went through and I sent him the item. He also donated me $50 dollars through Twitch. After 4-5 months, this money was charged-back AFTER I spent it. I cannot afford to add $200 to my Paypal account. What should I do?

Is there a way to close my Paypal account?

unfortunately you have no seller protection for virtual / digital items, you can sell them but at your own risk.

you are not covered for unauthorised transactions or chargebacks i'm afraid.
