I was chargeback scammed by someone from an eBay transaction the buyer issued a chargeback not to long ago, and I now owe $40, I emailed the buyer when they opened the claim, and they admitted that they charge-backed the wrong person, I have lots of evidence to prove the transaction was all proper, but I cant add more evidence once the dispute has been closed, I don't want to my PayPal account to be locked, what do I do?
