I think this is a scam

I'm selling things over the internet, and a person has sent me back she will like the things.  She is going to send me money over PAYPAL.

Now she is telling me we have to go pay money in Money Gram Office as a gift.

This is the first time I'm doing a transaction over PayPal.

I need Help Please.
