Hello, I would like to ask you for your help as Pay Pal. We became a victim of fraud, when we sent a packet of mobile phone Samsung S8+ to London and the counterparty had to pay us through Pay Pal (see below and attached file). After your assurance that this is phishing attempt, we already know the payment will never be made, but the package is already on the way and has been taken over by the English Post with which our country (Czech Republic) has no contract for the return of the shipment. Do you have any experience or some possibilities, how should we now proceed? Any help To get it back please?
