I haven't received my payment

I recently sold to laptops via PayPal the buyers received them but my payment is still not there and PayPal is ignoring my emails

Do you mean the funds are showing in your paypal account balance but pending or on hold OR not showing at all?

If not showing at all then why do you think you were paid?

I was Paid because I received an email saying I was paid from PayPal, I also sent the tracking number and they said they will get back to me and it will be approved by 3PM today but still there's nothing. Was I scammed because I am still in contact with my buyer and he showed me that he did indeed send the funds

SOUNDS LIKE THE BELOW SCAM, BUT ONLY YOU CAN SEE IF IT APPLIES OR NOT.

If its not that scam then double check the email address the funds were sent to and make sure there were no spelling errors.

Buyers often 'stay in contact' until they think you no longer have time to stop the item from leaving the country.

SCAM.

They encourage you to accept a 'direct' Paypal payment and may ask you to send the item internationally.
No funds or activity of the transaction shows in your Paypal account and any emails 'may' go into your junk/spam folders.

You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't because they don't actually have a Paypal account and have no intention of paying you.
It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.
They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal do not tell you to send trackable, they advise it for selling protection but it is not compulsory.
Delete any emails and ignore the scammers.

I have been scammed it seems So what can I do now? How can I get my laptop back? Or I have lost it forever?

As none of the transaction was done using paypal then sadly nothing paypal can do about it.

You relied on fake paypal emails.

I suggest you contact the shipping agent / courier you used to send the item and see if they can get it back for you before it leaves the country.
