I got scammed

There's a customer bought Graphic design stuff for his twitch from me called "linience"
after I gave him the files and he sent the money with goods and service he asked for a refund because he sent from the wrong account and he needs to re-send from the right account and then blocked me once I sent him the refund! and he's currently using all the Graphics In his twitch and youtube and even twitter! and I got nothing at all btw this money for my sister in the hospital I help her.. so I got scammed in a lame way please back my money from this scammer

Sorry but you voluntarily issued a refund and no one can force someone to pay you again.

You'll just cancel the refund.
I've got a prove for the graphics and all of that how is that even possible?

Paypal won't cancel a voluntarily made refund.

Paypal can't force someone to pay you.

Sounds as if you were scammed unfortunately.

If they paid from the 'wrong account' then I would have said pay again from the 'right account' and then I would have refunded the original payment.
