I got frauded thru PayPal

I open a case in PayPal cause I purchased a car and phone to get shipped to me never received nothing I reported to PayPal but they couldn't refund the money I got frauded for and close my case what can I do

Did you pay with credit card? Dispute through card issuer.

 

PayPal don't cover vehicles under purchase protection.
