I got charge back for item-not-delivered but it showed up as delivered in tracking site

I sold a commission of a custom dress through Depop (with Paypal registered). The customer didn’t reply to me when I messaged her before I ship out the dress, but I still did because it’s customized for her. After I did, she put up a charge back for item not received. The dress is later showed up as delivered in tracking yet Paypal has sided with the buyer and debited from my account. She blocked me on the app and I think she doesn’t plan to return the dress either. Any help on how to appeal for the case? I’m hoping for getting my dress back if not my money.
