I am a seller on Ebay, a guy in Florida open an item not received case after 5 months. This item was shipped and delivered, but the tracking info was deleted by USPS because it is long time. They waiting for tacking info deleted then open a case, PayPal sent buyer the refund. What a joke!!! Help!!!

Depends what tracking option you chose, other options give you 1-2 years for tracking to be available.
