How to identify if a customer used paypal as a guest checkout

We use paypal as a payment provider on shopify. Shopify highlighted a transaction as potentially fraudulent. I went on paypal and it seems that the transaction is eligible for seller protection. However, art 10c on seller protection says "Transactions processed otherwise than through the buyer’s PayPal account. For example, if the payment was received as a direct card payment (including through Zong, Website Payment Pro, Virtual Terminal and PayPal Here) or as a PayPal guest checkout transaction, then it is not eligible for coverage."
So my question is, how can you identify that they have an account or if they used paypal as checkout guests?
