We are selling multi-day hiking tours. How does the Seller Protection for Merchants work in our case
For example: Someone pays with PayPal, but does not appear on starting day. The accommodations have already been paid by us (and there is no refund one day before arrival) and now the same person claims that he was not there and wants the money back. What happens then?
