I sold a guitar on ebay. Buyer claimed he never received and he filed a claim with UPS. UPS investigated and found that he indeed had received said guitar and closed the case.
Then, buyer filed a claim with ebay saying the guitar was not as described. Buyer lost that case as well.
Finally buyer files claim with paypal. Paypal decides that he can return guitar for refund. Of course, at this point I'm very suspect so I videotaped the opening of the box I received. Sure enough, buyer returned to me in the original box I shipped the guitar in, twigs and branches. I've shared this video with paypal repeatedly yet my account was charged $600+ for twigs and I don't understand why I can't get a human to respond and take care of this.
