i sold some software thru Ebay, a digital order, no shipping, just transfer the software via download, with no guarantees, and no returns, stated explicitly. The buyer wanted his money back, ebay backed me up, great. Then the buyer files a return or case with paypal for a return. Buyer used a credit card thru paypal, and is filing for a return or a credit thru his credit card that he used to paypal, to pay ebay. So even tho, no returns on the item, the buyer can use a credit card to pay thru paypal, then file for a return thru the cc, then comes back thru paypal, to me!! How do you handle this, and avoid it in the future?
