Now, the returning case(Israel to Hong Kong) need I reimburse buyer the shipping fee and I find it is hard to do. first, I message buyer but he doesn't response to me. second, I cannot get the paypal email as it is hided under paypal policy(I guess).
Can I make a call to ask paypal customer for the buyer email??
