Hold/Reversal/Chargeback

Can somebody tell me why we have had a reversal & charge back to our paypal account and yet the customer has got the goods. The dispute has been closed (so I cannot add further input) with resolution in favour of the customer even though we told the resolution centre the customer (a business) admitted they have the goods and had used an incorrect, but valid, credit card.

Something that is also puzzling is the paypal feed to our accounting software has two debits to our account for the goods & yet I cant find two debits in the paypal activity data. Is there a place where paypal list the withdrawals from our merchant account that I dont know about?

We have called Paypal and they insist they have only taken the funds out of our balance once.

Any help would be appreciated.
