Hi there, A few months ago I sold a canon g7X ii on eBay for around £320 and the money came in through eBay from the buyer. A few days later I had a claim that the parcel wasn’t delivered by the buyer, however the tracking said it had been signed for, me and the buyer later found out that the delivery guy forged the signature for the parcel and apparently ‘left it in the porch’ long story short, the parcel is now lost and never to be seen again and I had to refund the buyer and Hermes denied my claim, is there anyway I can claim the money through PayPal or get legal help through PayPal. Please help
