So I sold this bag that is authentic. It has its serial numbers I have pictures of it. It’s been more than 1 month and the person who bought it wants a refund because she is claiming it’s fake. After more than one month she decided to say it’s fake but never messaged me about it. What can I do? PayPal isn’t letting me open a case because I have the money . She took more than 1 month to get to me . She could have messaged me ASAP within 3 weeks but no. Just now she wants her money back. She might just wants her money back and f me over.
