How do I get assistance from Paypal? I have tried to call and email several times and no follow up has occurred from Paypal. I was guaranteed follow up by 1 manager and 1 employee that was to occur a week ago, and this has not occurred. I tried to link my primary email to my account and someone is using it without my permission or consent with their account. Paypal will not assist. How do you get assist from this company?
