I have just sold a gift card on ebay. I have not yet sent the code as the payment is on hold. The listing has been removed as it broke a ebay policy.
The buyer is asking for a refund as they have stated "The account has been hacked and I have not made that purchase" I would send a refund but the payment is on hold so I am not sure if I should send the refund because I think that the pending payment will be cancelled and I will not get my money back. What should I do
