I sold a gilet on Depop and had everything sent to the buyer and a days later the buyer refunded after I sent it. can anyone help me asap or anyone know what’s going on. Thanks -T

What did they dispute as? Item Not Received (INR) or Unauthorized Payment (UP)? Or was it a credit card chargeback or bank reversal?

 

INR - Provide tracking number

UP - Provide tracking number or proof of postage (postage receipt)

It doesn’t say much so I think bank reversal - I don’t have the receipt as I didn’t expect this to happen.
