Hello wondering about possible phishing scam?

Hello,

I received this email from:

This person wanted to purchase an item from me but I was suspicious of the email as it came in under junk.  After checking the email itself out it seemed like it was legit though as the incoming address was legit and I was addressed by my real name.  When I had searched for paypal phishing scams it said paypal always uses your real name so that is what convinced me. 

After shipping the item and verifying the tracking number I have yet to hear anything back from paypal about the money coming in.  Then when I searched the name of the woman the email came from I got something about paypal scams.  I am really hating myself now for not being more prudent, but is there anyway to help me with this or pass along information to help this person get caught if it is a scam?
