Sadly the fraud reporting function is rather poor, or better, really poor. They have only email@example.com - and their response is a joke. Scam gangs, yes, not individual sellers, gangs with a few 100 websites and accounts can go on for weeks or month. When you make a detailed report you get a "nay, you are wrong, all is good, legit, good people". Or similar 😉
So when you send them a report you get a reply with a code, like KMM122287774V10191L0KM, and how important it is, and that you did the right think and yada yada yada bla. But your original message will not get quoted - and there is no link to follow up the case number. That is pretty incompetent. Seems reporting anything is just a waste of time.
