hello help someone askerd to donate me  they donated me 17euro and cents and now they ask for cashback thats so unfair he wasted my time and i think he want me to be banned also look at note he said its donation why its so unfair

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, donations can only be accepted by Business accounts registered for Non-Profit organisations. If this is not your case, the payment would have been sent as either 'Goods and Services' or for 'Friends and Family'. In the first case, if your counterpart has filed a chargeback, you would need to respond to the case providing proof that the service/item has been provided and that it is as described. In the second case, the payment would not be covered under our Seller Protection policy, I am afraid as payments for 'Friends and Family' are transactions exchanged as a gift.
