Paypal withheld $200 from me because my driver's license has expired and so had my resale license. I opened this account in 2002 and my small business went south when my husband had a stroke 9 years ago. I have used the account ever since just for shopping, and now they think I am on the "No Fly List" or something like that. I am a 71 year old great grandmother with a crippled husband. I have no way to access that $200 now that the 6 months are up and I can't get through to them. Any suggestions?
Account closed by Paypal because business no longer exists and then they will not let me access the $200 they have withheld.....
