I sold an expensive designer bracelet on depop, someone bought it and left me a great review, time went by and I received a message from the buyer about a month later saying that it’s beginning to “stain” I asked for photos and received nothing. Weeks later they’ve put a claim against me, their story keeps changing and they’ve given no evidence whatsoever, they’ve stated they’ve had it tested for authenticity , I asked to see, absolutely nothing. Somehow paypals believed them and have emailed to say the buyer will be shipping back the bracelet and issued a refund from my account, what do I do to appeal this?
