Fraudulent buyer wants to get 2500 usd back after delivered item
I'm pretty stressed out right now and asking for advice here
I sold my keyboards for around 2500 USD,two days later I shipped it,and e-mailed him a tracking number.
Right on the same day he opens a dispute,INR.I provided tracking.Paypal said to wait. After a couple hours they e-mailed me,asking for the copy of shipping label,I managed to get this, uploaded it.Today I woke up to e-mail saying the case was decided in my favor,as it should be right? And after about 8 hours after that,I receive another e-mail,saying they decided in the side of buyer...First of all,how they can re-decide the case,2nd how is this even possible when I provided valid proofs that the item was delivered?I already appealed the decision, but they say I should provide new information, which I don't have.Does it mean paypal violates it's own policy?I literally don't know what to do
