Buyer offered inordinately high amount for several products, said he would provide extra funds for shipping and for me to buy an Amazon card to include with the product "as a present for my cousin". Patently fake PayPal email rcvd stating The funds have been transferred! Please (grammatical errors galore) send a picture of the gift card with the code scratched off and the rest of the funds will be released!
Obviously (I was a cop for 30 years, took many a fraud report exactly like this) no funds appeared in my account. I'm stringing him for info (not that he'd give up anything truthful) but he's insisting the money has been taken from his account. I just want to make sure he can't impact me otherwise.
Thanks.
