Hello Guys
I need your suggestions here.
Last month I have done a exchange from WebMoney - Paypal for 100$ with a WMZ User and it was successful on both ends. I got the amount in my paypal account and I withdraw it. Now that user is claiming that he didn't initiated that transaction and open a dispute against my account for the total amount for a claim.
I had provided and showed my account statement of WebMoney to Paypal but they still put my account in negative balance and told me that those documents which I submitted wasn't enough to prove that transaction is legal.
My Paypal account now has negative balance of 112$ and they told me to pay back. But why should I pay that user back the amount which I didn't taken ?
I need your suggestions here, please help me how can I prove myself innocent in this case ?
