I was selling a item on gumtree and the buyer seemed all good , was purchasing through paypal goods and services so i thought everything was good as we both had protection , he had send me a fake email confirming a fake transaction and had asked for tracking number , i provided him on gumtree and via the email with the tracking number. After a couple hours i realised nothing was showing in my account and i begun to become suspicious that i had just been scammed and when i looked into it i realised how stupid i was as paypal say they never ask for tracking number in emails. it was a expensive item and payment. the payment was £350. I’m worried now because i’ve sent his item and now i’m stuck with no payment Please help

Sadly nothing paypal can do for you as none of the transaction was presumably done using paypals site.
You relied on fake spoof paypal emails and were sadly scammed.
Can you contact the postage service you used to stop the item being delivered?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
