I got a email from someone from a app called letgo they wanna but my lab top but wants me to ship it to them, the problem with the email was it came straight to my spam and I’m in Canada and this guy is in Florida, what should I do?

Follow the procedures and precautions the letgo app recommends for receiving payment/selling. Emails going to Spam folder treat as suspect and with caution, even ignoring & deleting the message. Scam buyers send spoof PayPal emails asking you to do things PayPal would not ask you to do, like buy a gift card, pay an 'agent', ship first/provide tracking number before receiving payment, claiming that the payment is on hold. Bottomline, do not ship anything without making sure a record of payment is seen in your PayPal account first. You still see a record of payment even if it is on hold by PayPal.
