Fraud charges order items didn't get it

Purchase an online order the company is fraud and I'm not able to get a credit back refund in the dispute procharged why is that and what is her problem have the company is fraud what do I need to do to get my money back

Place an order in the company is not legit totally fraud and I'm not able to get my refund or a resolution here on PayPal I don't understand why never received order not able to even get the company to respond back their Merchants that sold me their merchandise will not return an email or a phone call I responded four times with them but still get no response so what do I need to do to get this thing handled and get my credit back for a fraud company that will not respond I have a PayPal account and had it many years I don't understand why PayPal cannot respond and take care of this matter
