Hi,
I sold an item in October and received an email from the buyer thanking me for the goods. In February the seller raised a dispute stating that that the transaction was unauthorised on his bank account therefore paypal informed me of the dispute. I posted the proof of postage and also said email yet this week paypal have found in favour of the seller!
Is there anything I can do? I've lost the money plus the goods which seems really unfair.
Thanks in advance of any help with this.
